Fishwife’s rainbow trout is raised in pure Rocky Mountain spring water, alongside Idaho’s Snake River. 100% traceable from egg to tin.   Brined in extra-virgin olive oil, salt, garlic, and brown sugar, and smoked in small batches over alder wood, hand-packed, and canned by a family-owned cannery on the coast of Oregon.  100% domestically sourced and processed products.  Six-year shelf life. No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
